Side notes: The three first chapters are translated and published officially by Viz as a part of their JUMP START initiative. At the moment there is also two scanlation groups that have make an initiative to start translating this project. The idea for the story isn't new but it's not used as much it could have been. It made me think one of the classic stories of Lord of the flies, a novel that I always hated though it's a must to read at school.XDDD Well that story isn't the best given example but it made me think about it the power over children that adults have and what happens when the adults suddenly go away and children inherit the power. This manga has pretty okay art that goes close to be a caricature when it views the adults and their personalities. Still the adults in this world seem to be really really old fashioned and never have really "grown up." Even the kids are more "older" than their "rulers" and the education can be seen almost same as brainwashing. So this is the starting scenario for the story to become.
