*Google translate gives a name of: Ai Hideki (Wikipedia) and moving from there to another Japanese wikipedia page the name changes to: Shiro Tokorozaki (遠崎史朗) who uses many different aliases - though Ai Hideki isn't on the list. Instead there is Ai Eiji (愛 英史) so the romanisation changes a bit. Ai Eishi is mentioned by the translation group's scans and Baka updates.
Side notes: The art is good but it's old and you can almost feel the time when watching and reading the first chapter. Being episodic by nature the stories tend to be short though the chapters a long sided. This all served well when this manga was published in magazine as people could read one story without having to wait next magazine to come out to have a chance to read the continuation. As a manga book, it is okay format too, though I like long stories and having episodic format is kinda boring to me. The first story was okay to me though there is a bit of violence involved so I added the R13 tag.
