Side notes: This manga is a bit elusive.XDD There is actually two different versions of it - thou only the older manga has been translated partially. The one that I got the information bases on Baka and Bato.to information about the older manga while neither one is listing the newer manga version nor the novels. Only MAL has information about the both manga but not about the novels. Also Shoujo Sense has not continued translating/ updating their work for a long time so there isn't more than 2 chapters out (since 2014). Still there seems to be someone who has started the project again and updated new scans online so that's the reason why the manga ended up on the newish manga projects listing today.^-^b

Art is clean and even on great level but still lacking in some ways... I kinda wouldn't mind if it'd been a bit less cleaned to give it more punch. Story is the same as in the anime so no difference with it in the beginning at least. As I like sports mangas I do wish to read this one too but tat will be some day in the future as now there isn't more translated chapters out.
