Synopsis: The history of Human development can be viewed as "evolution of medicine." It was thought that medicines would defeat any diseases, making the World a safer place. But what has always been forgotten is that ... all medicines have their "side effects." After a mass insomnia wave through the World people were ready to do anything to get some sleep. To solve this problem a new medicine was invented. The side-effects were unknown but people were ready to accept all the risks involved to new drug. And a new species, Vampires, were born.
60 years later things were settled. Vampires had to wear a special collar that could not be taken away in any circumstances. They had to wear the collar from the day they were born to their dying day. To go against this rule was not possible. After an Insurance company robbery Mi Liu and his companions were arrested but that doesn't scare him at all. Prison is nothing to be scared for him... but why was police talking about death sentence?

Side notes: This seems to be turning nice shounen action / adventure with lots of running and mystery to be solved. What did happen and why. Who was the master mind behind the happenings. And does Mi Liu manage to solve it all by himself. Art is pretty good and story promising. And I admit freely that I took a peek on Chinese raws before starting to write this. So I know in general level what's happening but I still like to read the translation to know more.
P.S. If you read translation scans you might notice lil lack in English grammar (as if I'd be any better xp) but hope you don't mind it.
