Side notes: I'm more or less divided about the art. It's kinda not good and still it has its own merits so you can't label it bad either. Story, it starts like a classic horror/ psychological plot but it changes a bit when the information of the past is revealed. Still it's like standing on the borderline what you see isn't what others see (well that's always been so but ... the "seen" things are like consensus of the view what people think there is and what they think that other people see as well.) The first story is kinda slow paced, it explains a lot and it doesn't at the same time. How captivating it is depends of the reader.^-^b
