Side notes: I can't stop thinking about Black butler as I read this manga. The first 8 chapters are now translated so the story is taking a shape. The setting is past epidemic Japan where the mafia rules everything. To have a second name other than just a first name means away from the slums and getting education. Everything is divided by the monetary power as well as the civilian rights.
Art is quite good and clean. I'm not against it. My biggest worry is the story itself. It kinda loses it's power by the genre tag shoujo 'cause it limits the story quite a bit. On the other hand it does allow some roughness to the story but still there is more limitations than possibilities... if not being creative inside the genre.^-^b And as I've already seen this manga goes close the border lines of shoujo stepping almost to the world of Josei and Seinen... if not already passing the point and reverting fast back to the main genre limits.
So-o not a kids manga. I'm adding R 13 + to this although that might be lil too much... but still there is violence in this... and that's the main reason for tagging.
