Main characters
Yvienne Magnolia
A very beautiful poor peasant girl. Due to problems cause by an aristocrat, who also found her beautiful, she had to leave her village and attend Lowood, a school for magic users.
January Lightsphere
A young lord, January is very quiet, gentle and polite, but in reality, he has a tendency to be depressed and seems to be ready to die at any moment, and always puts himself in dangerous situations. It is Yvienne and Daughter (his roommate) that slowly make him realize that his life is important and that he never should give up living.
Early on, January seems to have a crush on Yvienne, but he later becomes even more attached to Daughter.
Krohiten
A teacher, Krohiten is usually a calm and composed person, except when he is near Yvienne, since both love to fight each other. However, as the story progresses the two grow a special fondness for each other.
Lariette King Diamond
Daughter of the famous King Diamond martial artist family. She attends the mages school Lowood with Yvienne.
Daughter
A fellow ex-student at who lives at Lowood as Krohiten's aide and January's roommate and best friend. He's lived at Lowood since he was a child.
