Synopsis: August 2019, scientists received extraterrestrial signals warning them of the catastrophes that will hit Earth. Following it, various extraterrestrial life forms come into contact with the human species. People who are affected by these energies, called the Third Eye, develop mysterious powers. Some are able to move at the speed of sound, others possess a sword that is capable of even cutting steel, or those who are able to tear absolutely everything apart with their teeth.
We follow the daily life of Utsugi Minoru, a discreet 17-year-old teenager who obtained the ability he has always desired, the Solitude (code name lsolator), and Yumiko, a member of an organization that monitors these new superhumans. The prowess given by Absolute Solitude results in endless battles for Minoru.

* Baka updates mentioned that the artist name is: Koshimizu Naoki. On MAL alternative name is: Etsumi Naoki. The difference is due of the different translation of the name: 越水 ナオキ.
Side notes: The story has a good setting and the novel version was really popular so that can hopefully translate a good manga. At the moment I'm unable to say is that so or not 'cause there only one chapter translated so there is need to be wait some time more to know better. If in hurry then it should be okay to read the novel first although after that reading manga might be vague experience compared the novel.
Minoru Utsugi (空木 ミノル)
The protagonist. By being visited by a mysterious sphere "Third Eye" from the outer space, he got the ability to create a transparent "shell" that covers his whole body. Eight years ago when his house was attacked by a robber, all his family except him got killed. Because of the stress of that, nowadays due to the loss of pigments his hair has become white.
Yumiko Azu (安須 ユミコ)
A girl who belongs to a "organization" specialized in dealing with "Third eye" with malicious intent, owners of the "Ruby eye." She can move faster than the speed of the sound. However she can't move linearly. She fights in close combat using a stun baton in battles against the owners of "Ruby eye."
When she was chasing a "chewing user," she met with Minoru who was fighting to protect Tomomi. Temporarily mistaking Minoru with the owner of the "Ruby eye," attempted to remove his "Third eye," revealing her discomfort with the attitude of Minoru, she reviews the combat of Minoru with the "Chewing user," welcoming him to the organization.
Code name "Acceleration user (Accelerator)."
Tomomi Minowa (箕輪 朋美)
Girl that belongs to the track club of the high school that Minoru attends to. Although she was in the same middle school as him, since her hairstyle changed Minoru didn't notice her. Running early in the morning she meets with Minoru, they have a deep exchange, here is triggered a fight in which Minoru is involved. Catching the eye of the "chewing user" she gets attacked, being helped by Minoru and Yumiko.
