Side notes: This manga started coming around as in English translation with The New Gate and one other manga which name I can't just now remember and I's kinda long time lost with them... forgetting which manga was which.XDDD It took also some time for me to start liking this manga 'cause it just felt not fun at all with the negative aura pointing towards the Shield hero and I couldn't understand why it was constructed in the way it was. I should have checked out if there was also a novel with the same name so that could have explained a lot in advance.
The art is in good level and characters are also interesting although the plot should have been made a bit different way when adapting the novel into this graphic format - but it can't be helped any more as it is already been published. Still the story starts getting interesting or I did feel so after about ten or more chapters.XDDD So that's the slow starter in my books with liking something but it's okay now and I can enjoy the story more as it's moving on its own pace.

A mysterious girl who seems to be an enemy. She was able to defeat the Sword, Lance and Bow Heroes single-handedly, but lost to Naofumi. She was mistaken as a calamity when she first appeared.

The slave dealer that sells Naofumi Iwatani many slaves. He also conducts slave and monster seal rituals. Despite his appearance and his trade, he is an honest salesman. Upon Naofumi’s request, he searches for and collects slaves who were former villagers of Raphtalia’s village.
