People in his present-day life assume roles in his historical life as he struggles to learn exactly who he is and what he's expected to do, straddling a transmigratory portal through time and space.

Side notes: This manhwa ended up here mainly due of good score that it has from the readers and it was also tagged under time travel on Baka. I surely didn't look the year when it was published... >.< ... while the synopsis felt promising.^-^ As I took lil turn around I noticed that people say that the end result is good though there were moments where the character development was kinda too slow and the MC was whining too much. So if looking for a fast paced story this might not be it. But as I've only read the first volume I didn't find it too slow paced and art to my opinion is more or less on the great level.^-^b

P.S. I added R17 just in case if the story gets more violent than it is now.
