Side notes: The art is good not top knot but okay and clean (maybe the feel of "not great" is due of the age/ time when it was published and I'm not liking it a lot). I've only read the first volume as now so there is lots to read. And the beginning was something I've not seen any of mangas before... but I'm not avid reader of medical themed mangas so I can't compare it. Also the mangaka seems pretty much know a lot about hospitals and surgery so that gives you a good grip of things... although I'm pretty much hesitant to say that the "tumor" like that can be found from the brains and especially male brains.... but that would be something like "never say never" if not proven otherwise.

P.S. Although I've not read all of it I kinda have the hunch of the mystery patient... but I let you read first so you can also make your own deductions about that.
