Side notes: I've not read all of this manga and my knowledge comes mainly from the two first volumes. As so the art is hard to evaluate without having a whole picture at hand. The manga reading site where I checked the series have only LQ scans so it leaves a lot to imagine how the real art must look like.

The style of it is kinda old but personal. Also the stories are a bit different but as I'm not reading lots and lots horror mangas I don't know if the type of stories in this series are average or not. For me they were... dull... (and maybe too simplistic.) but that's for me.^-^ So if you like little horror stories and imagination - this is something that you might want to take a look about to see if it suits to your likings.^-¨b

Main characters

Hiruko (蛭孤)

Hiruko is the nightmare inspector. He is a Baku which feeds on dreams. He will help you with a nightmare, then in exchange for the help he can eat the dream. He was known as Chitose Kurosu before he became "Hiruko" after Azusa, Mizuki's brother. During volume 2 it showed part of Hiruko's past, which is how he came to the Silver Star Tea House.

Mizuki Asahina (朝比奈霧霞)

A rather humble and pretty girl; the sister of Azusa. She owns the Silver Star Tea House and cleans it daily, even though not many customers drop by. A slight depression set into her after Azusa had left, leaving her feeling empty inside and even had a reoccurring nightmare of the day Hiruko came into the tea house to replace Azusa. However, she covers it up as if nothing had happened and shows a great deal of friendliness toward her few customers as well as Hiruko, and even pleasantly puts up with Hifumi.
