Side notes: The art on this manga is good level when it's done in detail but most of the time it's pretty plain for a shoujo manga and lacking on the backgrounds. Also the story itself is a bit unrealistic but well ...it's a manga so it goes. Though I've read some long time ago that in some cases the child workers are preferred which in that situation pushes the adults away from the jobs that kids can do and creates unemployment among the older generations and keeps kids away from attending school and learning how to read and count. It's a vicious cycle that only makes poor people more poorer and not helping them to get the education needed on the working market. Still this manga doesn't make the parents shine behind their daughter.>.<
