* Note: According the translator of the Scanlation group they state that the oneshot BLAME included in this manga volume dates from the year 1995 (Awarded as Debut work) and it is not connected to the later work of BLAME! manga.

Side notes: Many readers say that this manga is gibberish and also meant to be confusing. One reader only stated "Something happened." but what, where and when seems to be unclear.XDD There is also lil discussion going over should one read this prequel first or not and is it necessary to know the world of Blame (1996-2003) to even understand what's happening in this prequel work. There is even some people wondering if the Susono Musubi is the same person as the Blame's Sanakan. So if interested to find out... there is only one way to find the truth... just dig in.^-^

The art is better than in BioMega and is more refined but still a bit sketchy (especially the background). For some reason I get the feeling of Sidonia no Kishi from it (like this would have been the prequel for it in artistic way). And that's not probably a bad link if thinking that Tsutomu draw Sidonia no Kishi between 2009-2015.

Main character

Musubi Susono

After a police action in which she loses her partner (Clawsa), Susono is removed from the police force and ends up buying a weird sword (Gravitational Beam Emitter) in a "Warshop". Trying to find out the truth, she goes back at the scene, and finds her partner being transformed into a "demon" by "The Order". Her swords activates and she manages to kill everybody and save herself. That makes her a target of the assassins sent by The Order. She ends up being killed and her consciousness transferred in the Netwire. The Safeguards of the Netwire revive her and are trying to use her as a weapon against the Order by brainwashing her and giving her a new, silicon body. But she doesn't want to cooperate in creating their newly organized world and after waking up, she goes after the Order herself. But she's too late - it's the beginning of the end of humanity and the birth of the Megastructure and the world of chaos.
