Synopsis: Ten years ago, there was an explosion at Hisano's apartment building. She would have been there, but she'd been hit by a bike ridden by a boy in blood-stained clothes. He dropped a toy scale when it happened, and she's been hanging on to it as a good-luck charm ever since. Now Hisano's in high school. One of her teachers was murdered, and the police are investigating. A young man suddenly appears carrying the toy that scale belonged to. And perhaps... can he also see the hallucinations Hisano has always been plagued with? Everything is connected as the pattern slowly rises to the surface.

Side notes: As I watch the tag list this clearly isn't my type of manga with the tags of drama and shoujo in it but the positive reviews and good scoring made me take a look for it. And I'm glad to be done so 'cause it ended up being manga from one of my favorite mangakas.Yay! Well I liked the work of Mayonaka no Ariadone (2006) and as I read this manga I felt that I've seen the same type of art before... and it bugged me enough for me to check out was my memory wrong and association in my mind totally off. As I've said I'm not good with names but picture memory clicks pretty well.XDDD
As a whole this is pretty short story like there was not enough fumes to make it last longer or make it more complicate like in the Ariadne (that was having same type of partial setting with this manga). Also the mangaka made it pretty easy to spot on who the real guilty party is so the mystery wasn't kept up very long. But as it is now it's a manga with great art (plain sided maybe) and nice little story.
