Synopsis: Four years ago, a large scale disaster in Tokyo claimed two million lives. The remaining thirteen districts of the city were isolated into the Tokyo Barricade Zone. Morisaki Harumi, an unruly kid with great fighting strength, is his family's sole survivor from the incident.

Side notes: This manga is rated as a good manga but it doesn't score top positions on MAl, Baka nor couple other manga reading sites that I checked out. Still I picked it out here mainly 'cause it fitted to my theme that was at first witches but turned out to be more about swords and sword masters with enchanted swords.XD This also one reason Why-I-Should-Have-Picked-Up-BLEACH that is closing up to it's final volume (Bleach ends with volume 74). But no I'm sticking with less known/ popular series for now. And this also reminds me Why-did-I-Not-Pick-Up-My-Favorite-Samurai-Deeper-Kyo when I had the chance.>.< Gosh! Too many mangas to choose from.XDDD
But about this one. The art is good and story in okay level so if picking it up it's not a total waste of time. It might not be as great as Blech but it is better than average story. It has also a tiny wiki started but it was forgotten by its creator.^-^ As you can already see and after reading the first few pages it's easy to see that this is closer to a seinen manga than a shounen and therefore there is that lil R+ (for mild nudity) following the manga name... and that should be also an indicator that this isn't your average kids manga either (R 16/17).

She slept in the sword for 360 years before waking up. It's said that the sword dies if the owner dies and 'cause Mana is alive it is possible that her real owner is also alive. |

| Morisaki Harumi, 17, a gamer. He's quite good playing Arcade games and also a good fighter outside the arcade. His parent's and little sister died in the big "Disaster" that "could not be solved what really happened." He also had a old fashioned motorcycle. He knows also some Kendo 'cause he used to practice the sport before high school. He fell in love with Mana at the first sight. |
