Side notes: As I read few reviews many pointed out that this manhwa has the same impression as D. Grey-man with the second manga mentioned often, the Souleater. Both of these mangas do have likeness with this manhwa without no doubt but as the story progresses the differences come also to be seen. So it's not a ripoff as many might think after seeing the cover image and reading the synopsis. My main attraction isn't the female characters as they might be for some of the readers. I liked the story itself and art in general which is on good level. This is clearly a seinen manga so if you don't like the genre you're already warned about it... it doesn't make the story any worse though.^-^
P.S. I've left the spoilers out of the character descriptions. Only on Yue's description I left a spoiler hidden mainly 'cause although it was made as a spoiler on Xing's description it was not so when I got to read Yue's character description. Yue and Xing are two of the triplets and the spoiler contains information about their relationship.

Tasha Godspell is a Black Class WH, achieved after only one year of training under his master. His goal is to rescue his sister Aria, have her remove the curse on him which will eventually kill him and take her back home to their mother. In general he is obsessed with money, and a swindler, but he is very kind to women and witches, he never kills his opponents only taking their hats. He was trained in using a Magic Bullet Gun by his Master, the White Witch Edea Florence and thanks to his training he can dodge nearly any long distance weapon and many high level witches believe he can grow much stronger. If anyone insults his white hair or his master, he'll retaliate immediately.
His Magic Bullet Gun can fire three types of ammunition: Piercing, Grenade, or Tranquilizer.
He received Halloween, a pumpkin doll/supporter, from his teacher Edea, before she was killed by his sister and as such, he treasures it above all else, but he does occasionally shoot it or mistreat it in a comical fashion.
His hobbies include cleaning, cooking, and counting money. His likes are traveling by himself, money, and free stuff, and he hates things that don't make money. He seems to attract girls who are shy or outgoing and he has a rivalry with fellow Witch Hunter Cooga.

Halloween
This little fellow is the supporter of Tasha Godspell. Her choice of weapons are two blades which have yin and yang carvings on the handles. Although Halloween and Tasha usually end up having arguments at the most awkward moments, Halloween remains loyal to her master. Later in the series, it is revealed that she is Mordred, the daughter of Queen Guinevere.

Xing is a Black Class WH, who flirts with women constantly, but his skills are top class and he is capable of felling several people in a single second. He typically hates men and prefers women with sexy bodies and his hobby is collecting sunglasses. He also loves to make cool entrances.
In general Xing is a very easy-going person, often cracking jokes and not taking life seriously. He is good friends with Tarras and Tasha, and often patronizes the latter, treating him almost like he does to the women he meets, much to Tasha's frustration.

Taras is a Black Class WH, he has power over Earth and is seen as egotistical and refers to himself with the suffix -nim (Korean equivalent of -sama). He is skilled and while under the control of a witch even Tasha and Xing could not defeat him. His personality constantly antagonizes many people, which has Tasha tease him by calling him an extra and noting how he was defeated by his little sister, being controlled by a Witch and owes him half his paycheck. He was suppose to be an unnamed extra according to the author, but they expanded his role. His hobbies include gardening, he likes receiving praise and the plants he grows and hates being ignored.
His sister is Tania, the S-Class Administrator of the North and the only person he fears.

Yue Bairong

Yue Bairong is the brother of Xing Bairong and Lee Bairong.
Yue switched identities with Xing; Xing is the Emperor, although it is formally Yue (who now goes by Xing's name).
Yue is very hard-working, loyal, and empathetic. He strives to be the best he can be, and takes incredible tasks and training upon himself. Also, he is the most caring and kindly person of the Bairong Princes. However, that is not all there is to him. He does have an analytical side, and proves to be the most intelligent of his sibling when he begins his work on the 170 Volumes of the Tae-Pyung-Chung-Ryung-Sue. These books list the problems of the empire. But, he knew that the ministers and subjects of the empire "wouldn't show or tell" him the truth because they would have been scared of offending him while he was emperor. His ability to read people and think strategically serves him well, and he is still able to make a contribution to the Empire.
Though he has not done much extensively in current events, the state of his empire's capital city and his reaction may mean that he may have become a much different person than the humble, untested brother that he once was.
Not much has been seen of Yue's combat ability as of late. All that is known is that he can use Chi.
Lee Bairong

Brother of Xing and Yue, he believes that strength is need to rule his country. When Yue was chosen as the next emperor he was convinced by his servant Euhwan and his father the emperor to kill his brother. Having trained 17 years to be the next emperor, not becoming emperor was the same as death to him. Lee shows up but loses the emperor appears and kills Eunwon and tries to kill Lee, stating that he wanted to gather up and get rid of as many traitors as possible, but Yue threatened to kill himself. He then left the kingdom only to reappear during the second great war.
He is an ally of South and the Supporter of Meiling. He can be considered the secondary antagonist of the Deception in Bairong Arc.
Although considered being sadist and not caring anyone he shows some compassion, such as saving Xing from Yue. He has also shown himself to be rather intelligent and perceptive, it was he who deduced that their father had taken over Yue's body. It appears that Lee hates his father, and wants to kill him more than his brothers.
Merlin
Archmage Merlin appears to be a slender, long haired female wearing a skirt, but is actually a man. He has a glib tongue, and is proficient at sweet talking as he did in order to appease the South and ask for her retreat. As an archmage, he wields great powers, so much so that even the South is cautious around him, and that he is able to manipulate a magic circle on a scale as large as the city.
Merlin is the protector of Britain and the entire city of Camelot is designed in the form of a magic circle for his disposal. He is the strongest and only archmage alive, and has the look of a female as a result of his actions to obtain a source of mana. He is known to have disappeared right after King Arthur's death.
He was first mentioned by Diana Basil for Tasha to approach to power up Halloween with a sword that will restore her former powers. This sword may be the legendary Excalibur.
He first appears before the South and redirects her attack away from Cooga Kunein into another part of the city, and has returned because there is now someone to serve, referring to Halloween, the daughter of Arthur. He currently demands the termination of the contract between Tasha Godspell and Halloween in exchange for the information of the location of the Four Great Witches.

Aria Godspell

Tasha's little sister, she is known as the Red Witch. She covets her brother above all else, going so far as to destroy a town and everyone in it to attract him, killing his master and cursing Tasha, so that he will become her supporter. Her reason for doing so is because they will then be together. She states that after killing so many people and her father, she cannot go back to being normal. Varete watches over her. Her hobbies include collecting pretty things and she likes gifts from her brother. Before she became a witch, she was a kind, very bright girl who loved her brother a lot.[5] While her personality has changed since becoming a witch, her feelings towards Tasha seems to have intensified. After Tasha used "The Song of Moirae" to convert to S Class, her curse was broken.
Her supporter, Aegis, are two flying disks that can freely attack and defend. Each is equal to an A-class WH. There used to be far more disks but they were destroyed by Tasha's master.
Arthur
King Arthur (아더 Adeo) was the leader of Britain, the husband of Queen Guinevere, and father of Halloween (then Princess Mordred). He was known as the 9th King of Britain as well as the 9th Generation Arthur, the husband of Queen Guinevere, and father of the 10th King of Britain and 10th Genertion Arthur, Mordred. He separated Guinevere and Halloween, and was going to burn Guinevere for witchcraft when Lancelot, his best knight, kidnapped and escaped with her 16 years ago.
King Arthur is now deceased, causing Merlin to request Tasha Godspell to release his contract with Halloween to reassert her as the Queen of England.

Guinevere was the former Queen of England. She was Arthur's wife and Mordred's mother.
Guinevere has a rather child-like personality. For unknown reasons, she seems to be unable to speak, instead making noises to express herself, most notably, "Ah!".
Lancelot du Lac (란슬롯 Lanseullos), formerly known as the Sir Lancelot, is an ally to the witch South, and is a former Knight of the Round Table. He has protected Guinevere, the Queen of King Arthur ever since Lancelot promised Arthur the last time they met. He is also the Supporter of Guinevere.
Edea Florence (이디아 플로렌스 Idia Peullolenseu) is a S-Class WH Witch said to be the strongest WH to have ever existed.
Often referred to as the master of Tasha Godspell, she is considered to be the Mother of Magical Arts among the WH and has the alias the Pure White Witch. She was killed by Aria Godspell a few days before Tasha became a full fledged WH.
Edea is a very positive, giddy person who liked "hands-on" teaching, shown by the fact she trained Tasha to avoid magic bullets by shooting at him. She marked Tasha's hair white after he became her student. She had a boasting nature and was very confident, but she still had a friendly attitude. Edea is also a very disorganized and messy person as shown by the state of her house.
Varete
Nickname: The Shadow Witch

Supporter: Abyss
Serves as Aria's guardian and sets her on the path of magic, she defeats Tasha using only her supporter and is so powerful that even the Great Witch of the North states she and Neptis cannot defeat her. She needs Tasha for her goals. In a dream sequence Tasha found himself in a huge castle by Varete and felt a sense of longing for her while she smiled at him.
Her supporter is Abyss, a shadow and can appear wherever a shadow is present, it cannot be killed.
