Side notes: This is manga kinda a last minute change in plans. The manga that was supposed to be here ended up having a tag of yuri with it and sadly I had to move it away 'cause I'm not presenting Yaoi, Yuri or Hentai mangas here... well there can be sometimes that one or two that slip into my presenting list but I try to avoid them a bit so that it stays in the realm of not age limited blog.^-^
Okay The legend of Zelda... even I've heard about it but do not know anything else.XDDD I'm not a gamer so anything related to them is like What?! Whoo?! Where?! to me.... but as I've covered some game news and lots of manga/ anime news in the past 6 months I came across this manga too. Thought I didn't know that it's been suspended this long from the original planned release date and maybe that also reflects the scores that this manga gets.
I myself like some of the art although the backgrounds are a bit blank. Also the story lacks some intensity or thread that keeps it together from falling apart. The first partial chapter that was released is... kindly to say... poor. So there is lots to room to level up to this manga to get standing on its two feets.
Update: The second part of the first chapter was published on Wednesday July 20 (?) and it has a lot of what the first part was missing: A decent story, characters and meat on the bones so if things go well it's going to be a fun shounen adventure manga to follow.^-^

Main character
Link (リンク)
Link, contrary to the title of the series The Legend of Zelda, is the main character and the main hero in the Zelda franchise games. Link is usually depicted wearing a green tunic with a green floppy hat. Throughout the many games released, there have been many Link's throughout the history of Hyrule that rose up to the challenge of saving the world from evil, mainly from the wrath of Ganondorf, the King of Thieves. However, in the stories of Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, it is the same Link who we see. In addition to the hero of time, the Link in Wind Waker is the same one as featured in Phantom hourglass.
Link is depicted as courageous, bold and although he is never seen to speak in the game, he shows no shyness in the manga as he is seen chatting quite a lot. From his speech, we can see that Link is also a curious person who once he has a goal in mind, will set out and achieve it at all costs.
Our Hyrule savior, so far, has been the only one to wield the Master Sword, the evil-banishing sword. His swordsmanship is unparalleled throughout the land of Hyrule and he (usually) wields his weapons in his left hand.
