Side notes: As I've not read this manga far I'm unable to say how it turns out to be. The art is on average level and typical for shounen manga on the 1980's and before. The comedy is also from that era but it has its own merits. It's still not my type of gag that I'd like to see nor does it make me laugh but tells you a lot of the time when it was published. The jokes are more or less adolescence type with some nudity that make it so that this isn't any kids manga to read. But if you can look all pass that the story itself is quite fun (but it takes a lot of adjustment to get to that point). The main message seems to be: "He's not fit to be delinquent." and becoming one takes a lot of effort.
