Side notes: I started with sci-fi and it seems like I'm ending with sci-fi too.^-^ The manga itself isn't scoring high and is probably the lowest scoring series on today's list. I'm not totally sure about that but it's the way how I remember it being. The art is on good level so I's wondering why it gets so low scores. As I saw the tag list it was more clearer that the theme isn't anything "light" and the drama part kinda cuts the wings of the story.... as well as the main protagonist Satoshi* Kiji.

* not sure about the name.
